∎ Familiarity with various social media platforms and engagement tactics
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or the brand itself across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
∎ SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic to the company's website.
∎ Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
∎ Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize based on open rates and click-through rates.
∎ Social Media Strategy: Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to increase engagement and brand visibility.
∎ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and generate regular reports on ROI, website traffic, and other KPIs.
∎ Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), optimize spend, and monitor ad performance to achieve maximum results.
∎ Brand Awareness & Growth: Utilize various digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve strategies.
∎ Community Engagement: Build and manage a strong online community across social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces to foster relationships with customers and brand advocates.
∎ Moderation: Monitor community interactions, ensuring they align with the brand’s values and guidelines. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Content Sharing: Share relevant content within the community to encourage discussion, engagement, and knowledge-sharing. This includes responding to comments, posting polls, and sharing user-generated content.
∎ Event Planning & Execution: Organize online and offline events (e.g., webinars, live Q&A sessions, virtual meetups) to engage with the community and promote products or services.
∎ Brand Ambassador Program: Build and manage brand ambassador programs to leverage community advocates and expand brand reach.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members about products, services, or the brand, and report key insights to relevant departments for improvement.
∎ Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to increase brand loyalty and engagement.
∎ Crisis Management: Address any negative feedback or crises within the community, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
