∎ Oversee and maintain Zone Sparks Limited's inventory with accurate tracking and regular updates.
∎ Prepare and manage IT-focused reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Handle all IT-related company documents, including maintaining organized digital records for both companies.
∎ Work closely with the Managing Director, executing tasks efficiently and with precision.
∎ Respond to client inquiries on IT-related import and export matters, maintaining professional communication.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications for document and data management.
∎ Communicate effectively in both English and Bangla.
∎ Handle client-facing IT tasks professionally, ensuring timely responses.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, implementing best practices for information security.
∎ Adapt to changing priorities and enhance office processes to increase operational efficiency.
∎ Experience in coding, with sound knowledge of web development and database management.

The Admin Officer will handle IT responsibilities, ensuring efficient daily operations from the IT department, maintaining inventory for Zone Sparks Limited, reporting directly to the Managing Director, handling client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and managing all company documents and records. A solid foundation in programming, web development, and overall technical proficiency is essential.
