Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Excellent command on both speaking and writing English.
∎ Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support effective onboarding programs.
∎ Perform recruitment, on-boarding, and employee retention activities.
∎ Handle employee final settlements and exit formalities.
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative tasks and office activities.
∎ Review and prepare recruitment and selection documents for upload to the electronic data management system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
∎ Complete end-to-end ERP data entry for new joiners by entering relevant details into the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
∎ Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of evaluations.
∎ Ensure HR policies and practices are in alignment with best practices.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed and advising managers on fair and consistent disciplinary practices.
∎ Maintain accurate HR records and oversee reporting for key HR metrics.
∎ Manage and develop an HR team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback and support.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
