Responsibilities & Context:
Section: Admin
Report to : Head of Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the library
- Maintain and organize library books, journals, and digital resources
- Issue and receive books and maintain proper records in ERP System
- Support students and teachers in locating reference materials
- Ensure proper cataloguing and classification of library materials
- Maintain discipline and a quiet environment in the library
- Perform other duties assigned by the authority
- Conduct daily need assessment and place demand for new requirements of the library
