Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role (preferably in an English medium school)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Arabic grammar, literature, and language instruction
- Proficiency to communication in Arabic Language
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Adequate knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and assessment techniques
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage students effectively
Responsibilities & Context:
Institution Type : English Medium School
Report To : Coordinator and Vice Principal
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Arabic language courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
Enhance students` proficiency in Arabic reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations and assignments.
Monitor students` academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and institutional activities.
Integrate ethical and cultural values within the learning process.
Perform any other academic duties assigned by the authority.
