Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring and maintaining office supplies orders/replacement supplies as needed.
∎ Preparing purchase records and other records,
∎ Issuing documents for office purchase.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Prepare/Renew official agreements/amendments.
∎ Getting Price Quotations from several vendors & know the market price.
∎ Receiving Purchase Requirements.
∎ Procurement for Office & Site on consumables, stationaries, printer, Air Conditioner, Kitchen Appliances & all other goods as required.
∎ Communicate with all the departments.
∎ Keeping records of every purchase items.
∎ Inventory checking, listing and supporting audit team as required.
∎ Filing every documents.
∎ Vehicle management for managers and local staff.
∎ Flight booking, proceed to purchase air tickets as per management requirements.
∎ Communicate with hotels, comparison, booking & billing.
∎ Circulating Office Directory with updated contact information.
∎ Supporting the tender team with tender submission if needed.
∎ Prepare business cards/ID Cards.
∎ Supervise the Office Assistant.
∎ Any other official job as assigned by Administration Manager, & Management team.
