Responsibilities & Context:
- Entry posting
- Cash management
- Voucher checking
- VAT/Tax calculation
- Bank reconciliation
- Account Closing report preparation
- VAT/Tax challan and VAT 6.6 share to vendors
- Voucher filling
- Attendance checking and matching with Leave application
- Any other responsibilities by the management
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Ensure timely bank Payments
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
