Entry posting
Cash management
Voucher checking
VAT/Tax calculation
Bank reconciliation
Account Closing report preparation
VAT/Tax challan and VAT 6.6 share to vendors
Voucher filling
Attendance checking and matching with Leave application
Any other responsibilities by the management
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Ensure timely bank Payments
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
