Mainamoti Medical College & Hospital is seeking a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage financial records, accounting operations, and financial reporting. The selected candidate will support the organization's financial management, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations

• Maintain daily financial transactions, accounting records, and ledgers.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and management accounts.

• Monitor income, expenditure, cash flow, and budget utilization.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Ensure accurate preparation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and payment documents.

• Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, and other financial regulations.

• Monitor financial documentation and maintain proper filing systems.

• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
