Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the overall activities of concerned zonal service points and take regular follow-ups to ensure the best productivity and the fastest possible service through the branch managers to secure a better customer experience.
∎ Monitor continuously to find out the development scopes of branch operations and fieldwork with proper data and reports.
∎ Monitor the pending works of service points and take necessary initiatives through branch managers to get the best possible output to achieve better customer satisfaction through the committed TAT.
∎ Visit the service points regularly according to the schedule and instructions of the HOD.
∎ Perform the task of establishing new service points, extension and reallocation of space, interior and other installation, IT support, etc. with direct supervision and coordination of the core team.
∎ Monitor overall discipline in-service points among all employees according to company rules and regulations.
∎ Perform regular HR-related tasks (attendance, leave, etc) and provide necessary approval/recommendation for service points operation.
∎ Monitor and ensure that policies and instructions are being followed by all employees and properly implemented by branch managers.
∎ Monitor the activities of service points accounts & inventory, and make sure that concern officers are performing their duties as per JD.
∎ Monitor cash book, scroll sheet, bill book issue, excess cash handling, fixed loans for service experts, tools bag/tools, etc.
∎ Monitor customer care executives’ activities like receiving, delivery, software updates, behaviors toward customers, and proper grooming according to the instructions of the CRS department.
∎ Maintain effective communication with concerned sales & marketing officers, channel partners, landlords, and other local stakeholders.
∎ Monitor all licenses, deeds, documents, and legal issues and update all points with effective correspondence from local/concerned authorities.
