∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the technical infrastructure in Hi-Tech manufacturing facility & Formulate the operational strategies in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Product Strategy Management & develop the process concepts in Production, Quality and In Compliance.
∎ Prepare Central production schedule in collaboration with the Merchandising & Planning department.
∎ Planning of production units and Use IE concepts efficiently with optimum quality.
∎ Capability to prepare Central Production Plan as per shipment schedules.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as per the style feeding plan.
∎ Expertise in setting up/ Re engineering & enhancing Manufacturing Facilities.
∎ Endowed in keeping all necessary matrices for tracking performance.
∎ Develop efficient strategies that reduce production costs as and where it is possible.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Should be adequately knowledgeable to be able to do machine layout planning, time & motion study etc.
∎ Ensure Quality at all levels in production from Sourcing to the finished product is maintained.
∎ Ensure Buyer Compliance Activities
∎ Manage the Inter departmental issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in similar position in any reputed DENIM PLANT
∎ Sri Lankans and Indians preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
