Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the operational efficiency of the organization. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and availability of assets, equipment, and infrastructure. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Monitor the execution of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Develop asset management strategies to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and minimize costs. Implement appropriate asset tracking and maintenance systems to monitor asset conditions, track maintenance history, and plan for replacements or upgrades.
∎ Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet operational requirements. Monitor and control expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising safety or quality standards. Prepare regular financial reports and provide analysis to senior management.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. Stay updated with changing regulations and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, audits, and reporting.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Set performance expectations, establish goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Identify training and development needs, and provide coaching or training opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
∎ Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, other departments, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with external stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient support for operational activities.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential risks, incidents, or crises. Coordinate and lead response efforts during emergencies, ensuring the safety of personnel and minimizing disruption to operations. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the internal department. Encourage the identification and implementation of process enhancements, technology upgrades, and efficiency measures. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
