Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide operation guidance in operations to optimize qualitative production as per buyer requirement & to enhance plant operational efficiency through systematic development standard.
∎ Supervise and monitoring day to day work at Merchandiser team activates.
∎ Supervise and ensure the overall factory Production related all operations .as per organizational policy and standard.
∎ Supervise and ensure production managers for smooth execution of apparels production at factory as per the buyers' specifications
∎ Control and ensure TQMS system of the knit composite garments and providing necessary guidelines to the QA personnel to ensure quality as per buyers' product specifications.
∎ Oversee the production plans to optimize the production output by best utilization of manning, machine and raw materials and monitor to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Oversee optimum productivity by enhancing factory capacity in accordance with the IE standard.
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge in garments production system.
∎ Follow up the organization right sized in line production & operation capacity through competitive production related employee under guidelines of managements.
∎ Develop / ensure strong control over Raw Materials and finished goods Inbound and Outbound with coordination of export, import and procurement team.
∎ Supervise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for different maintenance related tasks and providing feed back to the operation and production team regarding critical machine conditions
∎ You have to monitoring and ensure production floor related social and technical compliance through production team.

∎ Age 40 to 55 years
