∎ Graduation from any reputed university (B.Sc. in Textile or Fashion Design & Technology).
∎ Higher education from Business Discipline will be treated as additional qualification.

Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, International/ Export Marketing, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
∎ Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
∎ Responsible for heading up company's expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
∎ Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
∎ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
∎ Present an image that mirrors of the client.
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
∎ Present and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
∎ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation.
∎ Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
∎ Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
∎ Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
∎ Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
∎ Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Foreigners (especially Indian, British, Turkish etc.) are encouraged to apply.Proven working experience as a business development manager
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ A clear understanding of the consumer products is desirable. Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with overseas vendors is a must.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks
∎ Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented
∎ Must have strong analytical skills
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently within a team environment
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive remuneration package & other benefits will be offered to the competent candidates. (Negotiable)
