Job Context:
∎ Employment Status : Full-time/ Commission based if stationed abroad (Out of Bangladesh)
∎ Garments/ Apparels order procuring / marketing/ sourcing personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of connecting,planning & procuring garments export orders.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer by selling factory design/samples/ items.
∎ Should be linked with large base of foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get volume export orders.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department
∎ The Candidate should possess have sound knowledge of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories pricing & consumption.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Strong ability of Supply chain/Backward linkage management to source fabrics & related trims.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promoting fresh Buyer in the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have the experience related to the mentioned job scopes for significant period of time with proven track record.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commission based.
