Experience:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, utilizing insights to inform decision-making.
Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns to enhance online presence.
Develop and manage a content strategy that engages target audiences and supports lead generation efforts.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to support overall business objectives.
Set KPIs and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Must have the capacity to lead a marketing team and guide his/her team members to achieve the following targets: -
Contacting potential customers directly through calls, emails or other ways to create awareness for products and improve sales.
Attaining monthly targets set by senior managers and providing reports.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Maintaining client relations by offering support, information, and direction; investigating and recommending new possibilities; and suggesting profit and service enhancements.
Recognizing product improvements or new products by remaining current on institutional trends, market activities, and competitors.
Collecting, evaluating, and summarizing data to create weekly and monthly reports.
Contributing to the team effort by achieving the desired results.
Keeping track of everyday duties and tasks on a To-Do list.
Identifying business opportunities through identifying prospects and assessing their real-estate market position; investigating and analyzing sales choices.
Maintaining direct relationships with clients and providing them with relevant information regarding projects and customer services to achieve the goals.
Fulfilling monthly targets set by the Departmental Head.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Visit the project site and capable to explain the project features, prospects and progress.
Must have the knowledge of existing land, real estate development rules and regulations of the govt. and concern authorities.
Must have the knowledge of existing land-related rules and regulations.
To acquire a clear idea of the project vision and mission and have the capacity to explain others.
