Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Criminal Law, Land, Lawyer, Liaison, Regulatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the entire activities of Legal Department.
∎ Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business activities
∎ To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
∎ To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
∎ Interact with Advisor in handling disputes, litigation, governmental queries, statutory compliances, etc.
∎ Handling internal control systems (legal audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.
∎ Updating management with relevant legal updates impacting the groups business.
∎ Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and real estate issues.
∎ Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company
∎ Drafting legal documents of all kinds

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good communication and liaison skills are mandatory.
∎ Willing to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes.
