Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Oversee and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
∎ Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and guide the sales team.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
∎ Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
∎ Identify new markets and customer segments to expand the business.
∎ Lead promotional activities, product launches, and brand positioning efforts.
∎ Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and product performance.
∎ Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
