Responsibilities & Context:
The GM/DGM (Garment Printing) will be responsible for managing overall of Printing department for Knit Product of the company and achieving organizational goals.·
To prepare Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Trouble Shoot and Analyze the Work & feedback to the Management.·
To liaison with - Merchandiser - Production People- Buyer.·
To keep record of the Work in Process (WIP) and alert the concern Team about the Time frame of delivery.·
To Make sure the Production Plan and Achieve the Target.·
To Forecast and set targets in production and ensure quality in every step of Printing.·
To make sure Screen Preparation works.·
To Work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency & cost reduction.·
To Maintain Profitably by achieving target within given cost parameter.·
To provide technical support & cooperation among the production people.·
To ensure the quality of every product.·
To develop sample accurately with CAD.·
To ascertain and prepare consumption accurately.
