Experience:
Graduates in any discipline.
Min 10+ years of experience in administration or management, preferably within economic zone, industrial parks, infrastructure projects, or large-scale organizations will get preference.
Candidates from defense background retired army person (eg. Major, Brig. )will get preference.
Strong knowledge of government procedures, economic zone regulations, and industrial compliance.
Experience in facility management, HR, and stakeholder coordination.
Communication & negotiation skills with facility & crisis management.
Strategic planning and execution.
The GM – Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, operational, and support services within the Economic Zone. The role involves managing regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, facilities management, human resources, and security, ensuring that the zone operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with national economic and industrial policies.
Job Description:
1. Administrative Leadership;
Oversee daily administrative operations across the economic zone.
Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Coordinate between government agencies, developers, tenants, and service providers.
Ensure efficient functioning of support services (transport, utilities, reception, etc.).
2. Regulatory and Legal Compliance;
Ensure compliance with local, national, and EPZ-specific laws and regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies (concerned authority, customs, labor departments, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation for licenses, approvals, and renewals.
3. Facility and Infrastructure Management;
Oversee maintenance and facility management (utilities, roads, waste management, etc.).
Monitor infrastructure development projects and coordinate with contractors.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are upheld.
4. Security & Crisis Management;
Oversee physical security, surveillance, and emergency response protocols.
Coordinate with local police, fire services, and disaster management authorities.
Conduct periodic drills and ensure preparedness for emergencies.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication;
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, investors, government officials, and visitors.
Facilitate investor onboarding, grievance redressal, and community relations.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the top Management.
