Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has at least 5 years experiences as GM of Business Development & Expertise in Marketing Processes.
∎ Job Location: Head Office: House-27, Road-126, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ Corporate Office: Cha-75/2, Pragati Sarani (Ridgedale), Badda, Dhaka.
∎ Sales Office: Monpura Tower, 383, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka.
∎ Warehouses: 448, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Should have knowledge about L/C opening, costing, closure & documentation.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and work experience regarding Tally Software, M/S Office.
∎ Liaison time to time with the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, rectification of the accounts of the Company.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience in same position.

∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
