Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the proper management of overall production operation.
∎ Ensuring the quality production of books and supervising the subordinates to minimize/eliminate the errors.
∎ Preparing overall production planning based on yearly sales forecast.
∎ Guiding and directing the team with effective leadership quality.
∎ Preparing the work schedule of the production team and monitor it with proficiency.
∎ Must have experience and ability to work directly on all types of manual and e-GP tenders
∎ Should have the ability to monitor the tasks of the employees of all departments as a whole.
∎ Should have the ability to do costing analysis and prepare tender in order to get tenders.
∎ Should have the ability to manage fund independently and bring new tenders, in order to run the project simultaneously and effectively.
∎ Should have the ability to resolve any problem/ conflict/ rebellion among the labors or during the production operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, computer applications, and ERP software.
∎ Communication, Planning and organizing, Teamwork and Leadership Skills.
∎ Experienced in managerial position and team building.
Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
