∎ Masters in any discipline from any public or private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize and control of project construction, marketing, administration, logistics, recovery, engineering & others essential sites of the company.
∎ Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of sales & Purchase Land with maximum target & best quality.
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Army person will get extra preference.
∎ Candidates from relevant filed and industry are highly preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Maintenance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operation, Administration & Supervision.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Compliance, Inspection, Administration, Engineering, Marketing and Planning.
Salary: Negotiable
