Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise and build strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and requirements
∎ Take the lead in development and revision of specifications of the job description in partnership with hiring managers
∎ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, initial assessment, interviewing, and offer
∎ Work closely with the People team to help develop a recruitment strategy (to include job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, talent planning, etc.)
∎ Play the role of NewsCred employer brand ambassador and ensure strong positive candidate experience, thus building NewsCred as the employer of choice in the marketplace
∎ Identify and promote process improvements and innovative strategies to deliver a best in class candidate experience that candidates are excited to talk about
∎ Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the finance team to feed into recruitment timelines
∎ Attract the best candidates using a variety of techniques such as direct sourcing, job boards, and search methodologies
∎ Enhance our culture and employee engagement experience by training, coaching, supervising, and encouraging employee branding initiatives
∎ Partner with Diversity and Inclusion Council in developing and executing a targeted recruitment strategy that helps attract a diverse workforce, from intern through executive roles, within the organization
∎ Understand, leverage and share best practices to develop diversity sourcing strategies and plans intended to identify, attract and engage talent to support organizational hiring needs
∎ Help create and present KPI reports
∎ You will work independently and under minimal supervision while referring to more sophisticated and complex issues with your manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 7 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience required
∎ Immaculate English communication skills
∎ 3 to 5 hour overlap with NY Based US team is a must
∎ Displays a remarkable level of empathy that allows you to personalize and transform the learning experiences that you create for our people to ensure maximum relevance and impact
∎ A passion for pushing talent acquisition change management programs from both a strategic and operative level
∎ Experience in managing a full recruitment cycle with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee branding, and employee development
∎ Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and collaborative work environment with the ability to be strategic and tactical when making informed, evidence-based decisions
∎ Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organization
∎ Increasing talent sourcing within an organization by improving direct hiring
∎ Strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise and an active and engaged network
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
