Additional Requirements:

• The candidate should have prior experience in printing using UV Flatbed Printer for Glass and panel printing (16 Head printer/ Model: AJ2130EX). Total number of vacancy is 2. After joining, the recruits will be provided personal training by the foreign engineers of printing machine manufacturing company.
• Candidates who have experience in Glass Printing/ Press/ Printing & Packaging industry will be given priority in terms of recruitment.
• People who are experienced and expert both in Printing machine operation & sound knowledge on graphics design are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Operate the Printing Machine, Supervise & Monitor the production process for quality production. (16 Head UV Flatbed Printer / Model: AJ2130EX)
• Ensure production target with standard parameter and specification.
• Ensure machine check list (Given by Technical Team) before starting machine & during running the machine to avoid any risk.
• Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state.
• Assist to Technical Team to maintain scheduled and corrective maintenance according to plan.
• Prepare everyday breakdown sheet of machine and report to respective management.
• Keep machine surrounding dust-free, neat & clean to ensure production quality.
• Enforce health & safety measures to avoid unwanted situation.
• Optimize resources and process to minimize cost.
• Inspecting final products.
• Reporting performance & issues regarding production to the relevant managers.
• Any other duties & responsibilities provided by the management.
