We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing our clients for their language requirements related to studying and immigrating to German-speaking countries. The right candidate will design and deliver engaging language courses, assess student progress, and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive German language curricula tailored to various proficiency levels (A1 to C2) and specific exam preparations (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, TELC).
• Conduct group and one-on-one language classes, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Create and adapt learning materials, and a variety of teaching methods, including exercises, presentations, and multimedia resources.
• Creating a positive learning environment by managing student behaviour, encouraging participation, and promoting respect among students.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarize students with German culture, customs, and everyday life to enhance their integration skills.
• Stay updated on the latest German language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your lessons.
• Collaborate with the immigration team to understand and address specific language requirements for visa applications.
• Guide language proficiency exams and assist in exam preparation strategies.
• Create engaging video content for language learning purposes, identifying any student with special learning needs and taking appropriate action.
• Excellent command of spoken and written German.
• Must be presentable, innovative, and use creative teaching methodologies.
• Strong presentation and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in developing language teaching and training materials from scratch.
• Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to work with diverse student populations.
