Easy to Europe wants a Marketing Manager
(basically someone who can make people say wow without blowing the budget)
If you can turn a boring message into something people actually want to read, we’d love to meet you. We need a marketing mind who can plan smart campaigns, guide a team, and resist the urge to change a poster’s color 27 times (actually not, but if so).
What you’ll be doing
- Planning campaigns that don’t just look good but actually work
-Keeping our brand sharp so people don’t confuse us with a travel agency
- Leading the content team like a calm captain steering a slightly dramatic ship
- Checking what’s performing and what’s flopping, then fixing it
- Working with the counseling and operations team without starting a civil war
- Helping with events, seminars, and activities (yes, sometimes with a mic in hand)
Who we think you might be
- Experienced in marketing (bonus points if the education world hasn’t scared you away yet)
- Good with digital platforms, analytics, and not panicking when Facebook changes something
- Strong at managing people and deadlines
- Someone who can write clearly, think fast, and bring ideas we didn’t find on Google
- Calm, creative, and allergic to excuses
