Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation from any reputed university in Geology (Mining) department with chemistry background either in graduate or H.S.C level as of subsidiary or optional subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have in-depth knowledge about composition, structure & other physical attributes of the earth.
∎ Should be able to locate and advise on the extraction of minerals/ metals, petroleum and ground water.
∎ Perform QA and lab works as and when required and check the QA report , monitoring quality assessment at different lab during the test and finally prepare the lab test report on the critical review.
∎ Pinpoint economically viable and recoverable concentrations of minerals hidden well beneath the surface.
∎ Locating ore/ minerals and communicating the coordinates of that ore for exploration, extraction and monitoring operational activities
∎ Perform work of geological mapping, surveying, exploration and management of mineral resource
∎ Design drilling program in potential area in cost effective & efficient manner.
∎ Create a 3D geologic and block model of what ore body looks like with the gathered information.
∎ Work closely with the engineers & operation crews as and when required.
∎ Play effective role in planning and execution of concurrent reclamation & land rehabilitation works and to make report to produce before the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years in the respective field either in lab or direct mining project
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in English
∎ Good Analytical & problem solving skills
∎ Effective technical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
