• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of guestroom electronics such as TVs, telephones, mini-bars, and other in-room appliances.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring all surveillance equipment is fully operational and recording as required.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff service requests related to malfunctioning electronic devices, appliances, or security systems.
• Conduct regular checks and diagnostics on security cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and associated cabling to ensure reliable operation.
• Repair or replace faulty components in electronic and electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Support the setup and maintenance of audiovisual (AV) equipment for events, conferences, and meetings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all electronic devices and systems to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintain accurate logs of all service and repair work, parts usage, and equipment history.
• Work closely with other departments (Engineering, IT, Housekeeping, Security) to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal guest disruption.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel safety standards, data protection policies, and local electrical codes.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in electronic repair, CCTV technology, and hotel tech systems.
