Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) will add value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to lead full Land Team.
∎ Develop and execute policy in different functional areas (as and when required).
∎ Set & implement appropriate strategy to get competitive advantage from the market.
∎ Aware about up to date professional knowledge to guide effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ability to achieve periodical target set by the senior management.
∎ Develop and maintain close liaison with Land Owners.
∎ Resolve request & complain of Land Owner (if any) within a range of authority.
∎ Have to maintain effective and efficient communication (Written & Verbal) with Land Owner regarding land papers, legal matters, utility bills and any technical issue(s) raised from the side of Land Owner.
∎ Make proposal for joint venture development, relevant agreement, deed etc.
∎ Focus on precise, timely & proper manner for all sort of official correspondence to meet business purpose.
∎ Develop & maintain professional relationship with all concerned authorities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of Planning and Development Department that deals with land procurement for company.
∎ Take necessary initiative to improve quality of work in all respect.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the senior management.

∎ Familiar with existing Building Construction Act & relevant acts
∎ Familiar with land related legal papers
∎ Good command in English writing skill
∎ Excellent communication skill

∎ Well organized & disciplined
Salary: Negotiable
