∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Having Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from BUET / BBA,MBA from DU-IBA/ FBS will get preference.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Home Appliance, Plastic Industries, Plastic Products Sales, Polymer, pvc
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Operations:
∎ Identify mission, vision & business objectives as per company's business goods.
∎ Identify new opportunities and negotiate new businesses to be added in the portfolio of the company.
∎ The person should have Hands-on-experience in managing various operations as per the set parameters & standards as well as experience of developing procedures for operational excellence. Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Major responsibility includes overall production, operations, dispatches, environment, Quality, and general functioning and administration.
∎ Ensuring strategic utilization & deployment of available resources, streamlining efforts for process optimization with continued focus on Zero Waste for operational efficiency. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of resources (men, material & machine) output.
∎ Directing and leading the core team of technical personnel. Designing functional core competencies, updating technology and imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational efficiency/effectiveness.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

∎ -Sales, Marketing & Branding:
∎ Plan and execute market research activities in order to set strategies and as a market research tool.
∎ Design, implement & facilitate annual sales plans.
∎ Plan & administer the unit sales operations budget.
∎ Deal with the advertising agencies, Event Management to increase brand loyalty to the customer.
∎ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
∎ Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand.
∎ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price with supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on results.
∎ Maintains national sales staff performance by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
∎ -Marketing Policy:
∎ Identify topics for policy manual, disseminate and review such policies to cater for maintaining a dynamic business environment.
∎ Coordinate with other functional heads on improving interdependence to achieve corporate goals.
∎ -International Trading & Supply chain:
∎ Monitor COGS/overhead expenses.
∎ Procedure development for Supply Chain Operation.
∎ Procurement Comparative statement analysis for concern unit.
∎ Synchronization of supply against demand.
∎ Demand and distribution planning.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base / best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment / review of supplier performance in house & abroad.
∎ Responsible for overseeing Demand Planning, Inventory Turnover and Control / Stock Count / Cycle Counting, Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis, Maintain Stock Re-order Level / Safety Stock, Market Intelligence

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15-20 years' experience in Plastic industry & 5 years as business head (GM).
∎ Capability to provide logical solution in complex situation.
∎ Capability to provide new business Ideas & products developments.
∎ Good knowledge of Operation and market trends.
∎ Strong analytical & critical reasoning skill to team work & team management.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer applications.

Salary: Negotiable
