Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire production process of knit fabric, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between production, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
∎ Develop and implement best practices for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
∎ Monitor fabric specifications, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues in production and develop corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve fabric quality and production efficiency.
∎ Maintain strict quality control measures and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
∎ Drive innovation in fabric development to meet evolving market demands and sustainability trends.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Train, mentor, and lead a team of technical professionals to enhance skill levels and performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
