Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager (Social Welfare Foundation) at its Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ The Welfare Foundation is a new Social Establishment and is a Non-Profit Organization. This will run under the umbrella of the said Group of Companies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible to Direct and Monitor the overall activities of the Welfare Foundation.
∎ Candidates having real life experience to Direct the activities of a renowned Social Welfare Foundation/NGO as the Team Leader are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 year’s experience in relevant field in renowned Social Welfare Foundation /NGO out of which 3 years in senior managerial position.
∎ Excellent Leadership and organizing skills
∎ Effective communication, coordination and analytical skills
∎ Able to work independently & should be result oriented.
