Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategically valuable new business opportunities to deliver agreed new
∎ customer acquisition, volume and margin targets.
∎ Fully responsible for business planning, marketing & branding activities of Lubricant products.
∎ Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
∎ Ensure new business opportunities are identified well in advance of product
∎ requirements and input into sales forecasting model.
∎ Follow-up progress and impact of marketing actions ensuring targets and deadlines
∎ Keep up to date with competitor and market trends, share the insights and adjust strategies accordingly
∎ Monitoring expenditure and results, regularly reviewing the effectiveness and ways to increase the success
∎ Time to time communicate with the principle (brand)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
∎ Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Strong Business Development in Lubricants products
∎ Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.
∎ Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill
∎ Product / Technical know how
