∎ At least 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing of which 5-7years in a senior Managerial position in a Real State sector
∎ Leadership and negotiation skills
∎ Proactive and positive working attitude·
∎ Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
∎ Strong Business Development and Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing,
∎ well known in BD.
∎ Only qualified candidate will be contacted.
∎ Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team
∎ Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise·
∎ Candidate of Cumilla Division will be preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches·
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD·
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.·
∎ Exercising Budgetary controls.
∎ Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group - People, brand name and network of assets·
∎ Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.·
∎ Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.·
∎ Develop a network of distributors·
∎ Liaison with Blender and Packaging supplier for timely deliveries.·
∎ Visit customers / distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
∎ Must have a strong Portfolio of exiting Customer with large lubricant consumption.
∎ We are currently sourcing for a high-performing GM (sales & Marketing) for our newly stablished project Intraco Hedya Tower, Jhautola, Cumilla to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
