Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Targets:
∎ Manage and oversee the sales department's efforts to achieve and exceed the company's sales goals, with a focus on reaching a sales volume of over 1000 tonnes in the Chittagong region.
∎ Acquire Exclusive Dealers:
∎ Identify and establish relationships with exclusive dealers and distributors to expand our market presence.
∎ Credit Management:
∎ Ensure that the company's sales are conducted with a low credit risk, with monthly cash recovery consistently above 80%.
∎ Sales Forecasting:
∎ Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecasting system, with a tolerance for variance up to 20%. Adjust strategies and resources as needed to meet targets.
∎ Team Leadership (if required):
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize their performance.
∎ Marketing Strategy:
∎ Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand for our products.
∎ Pricing Strategy:
∎ Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
∎ Dealer Relationship Management (CRM):
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
∎ Market Analysis:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the poultry and livestock feed industry.
∎ Budget Management:
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve the best results.
∎ Reporting and Analysis:
∎ Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Compliance and Ethics:
∎ Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
