∎ (BSc) in Textile Engineering

∎ Educational Qualification may be flexible for competent candidates

∎ Skills Required: Quality Control Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a large quality team of a knit composite factory including textile and garments divisions.
∎ To follow-up sustainable quality standard in every steps of production process.
∎ To confirm & control the quality level to meet customers' demands.
∎ To communicate with buyers regarding all quality issues & inspections.
∎ To monitor all quality persons & train them about quality system.
∎ To follow up all kinds of audit & ensure compliance inside factory.
∎ To ensure all kinds of safety issues with making individual guidelines as per requirements of buyers.
∎ To ensure maintenance of all kinds of report (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) & report to top management.
∎ To find out weak points of Quality Section in the factory & improve those.
∎ To follow up all buyer's requirements & ensure quality level as well.
∎ To ensure all kinds of test results are ok before shipment.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and ensure their career development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Very good in communication in both English and Bangla & inter-personal collaboration
∎ • Capable of critical thinking & problem solving
∎ • Positive & proactive attitude

Salary: Negotiable
