Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to very good knowledge automatic jacquard machine & productivity
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation
∎ Monitor order status & hold regular meetings with merchandising & marketing team for planning and shipment of orders
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production plans
∎ Remain updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for smooth operation
∎ Maintain Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength to ensure timely shipment target
∎ Analyze and evaluate production plans and present operational performances
∎ Any Others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Highly proficient and up to date with all type of jacquard Machine.
∎ Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English written and verbal), good team player with leadership quality.
∎ Knowledge on global trend on All kinds of Sweaters.
