5 years to 7 years experience as Head of Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation and execution of Production Plan and Target achievement.
∎ Responsible for overall Mechanical Trouble Shooting, Designing, Installation with knowledge on PLC.
∎ Responsible for ensuring and maintaining uninterrupted production with quality and compatibility.
∎ Responsible for assessing, evaluating, reviewing and finding ways to increase the operational efficiency and implement techniques through continues process.
∎ Responsible for supervision and controlling the workforce of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to run Cement Factory independently.
∎ Dynamic and Humble minded.
