Job Context:
∎ This is a core IT position for senior PHP experts.
∎ We are looking for GM, PHP Programming Team (Symfony, ECMAScript) with international standard programming skills.
∎ The position comes with great working environment and career development opportunities.
∎ This is a very senior individual contributor permanent position, leading up to the country. team leader of the project, subject performance and potential of the selected candidate.
∎ This is for a Fintech platform and experience of Fintech will be an added advantage.
∎ Working hours: 11 am - 8 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in a multi-functional, self-organising team based on Agile principles (Scrum or Scrumban);
∎ Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation and support of Paysera products;
∎ Follow and contribute to development best-practices, give and receive code reviews on a daily basis;
∎ Constantly improve as a developer and a team member, share knowledge and help other team members grow;
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of modern PHP, Symfony Framework
∎ Knowledge of other PHP frameworks and experience solving complexity with OOP and SOLID principles
∎ ECMAScript, knowledge of other programming languages is considered as a plus
∎ Knowledge and work experience with frontend frameworks
∎ Basic knowhow of Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible will be added bonus.
∎ Very good English communications skills
∎ An entrepreneurial mindset
Salary:
∎ Tk. 140000 - 200000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary range depends on the expertise, experience and potential of the selected candidate and can be negotiated.
