Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should be Graduate in any Discipline or diploma in Apparels Technology
∎ Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally well in relevant work.
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
The applicant should have experience in Garments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to do planning implementing and controlling.
∎ Ability to develop the culture of “Quality at the Needle point”, and work with IE to ensure the carder is managed to optimize the efficiency defined by IE and top Management.
∎ Ability to deliver on time, Cut/Ship ratio & Wastage Management, daily production CM are key Performance Indicators.
∎ Responsible for the excess shipment of goods on time by managing the goods and process from stores to the packing department.
∎ Ability to manage the defined per-production T&A to mitigate loss time in style changes and reduce style change over time
∎ Ability to work with cross functional departments such as product development, Technical, Marketing, Merchandising, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and HR to ensure the production is not been hampered due to any elements
∎ Responsible to start and manage a training line to increase the number of multiple skill operators.
∎ Responsible to set the factory first and then to implement the same practices in the other factories of the Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Good command over computer applications / MS OFFICE.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting.
∎ Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
