Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of paper production, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Provide the necessary technical support to run the factory operation smoothly
∎ Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
∎ Setting plant targets reviewing and controlling within the budgets.
∎ Manpower handling and developing skill levels and administration of plant.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ To identify & implement measures to improve the efficiency of the operation
∎ Evaluate the need for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory Compliance, and Factory Operation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paper.
∎ Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment, safety standard.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Leadership quality.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered for the right candidate (the salary ranges from Tk. 300,000-400,000/month inclusive house rent, conveyance, medical allowance.
