∎ Minimum graduation from recognized institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate daily operations of the production plants.
∎ Oversee all levels of employees activity and performance of the plant
∎ Develop process to increase productivity and enhance performance
∎ Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all time
∎ Monitor machineries and equipment to ensure that they are in good working order
∎ Assist top management at head office for selecting new machineries for expansion
∎ Oversee product research and development
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities assigned by top management from head office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in food plant operation
∎ Good understanding of Bangladeshi regulatory procedures for food manufacturing
∎ Good understanding of related machineries
∎ Verbal communication skill in Bengali and English
∎ 15+ experience in related industry with minimum 3 years in similar position
∎ Applicants willing to stay at company provided apartment within factory premise will get preference.
