Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize and control of marketing, administration, logistics & other works essential sites of the company.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of sales & Acquisition of Land for joint venture development.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the company matters.
∎ Responsible for the technical issues, supervision & site constructions processes.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing team.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of real estate business.
∎ Ensure employees/worker smooth working.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-15 years' experience and minimum 02 years' experience in the same position (Preferable in Real Estate)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Engineering, Maintenance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operation, Administration & Supervision.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation and especially on designing & drafting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Compliance, Inspection, Administration, Engineering, Marketing and Planning.
∎ Must be very fluent both speaking & writing in English.
