• Analytical skills, Hard working & pro-active.

• Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.

• Must have literacy in computer operation and especially on designing & drafting.

• Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.

• Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and being accountable.

• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Assistant Manager/ Dy. Manager (Construction)

• To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.

• Should have sound knowledge is quality control, safety security and project management system of high rise building having multiple basement.

• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.

• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.

• Ensure cost effective construction of project.

• Ensure safety and security of project during construction work through proper guideline.

• Expertise in completing the project in the given timeline.

• Overseeing all the Details of the Project from beginning to end.

• Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.

• Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.

• Work closely and efficiently with Architects, Designer and professionals regarding various issues.

• Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.

• Must have experience in structural, Plumbing & electrical and interior drawing and specifications.

• Any work related to site management & as assigned by the department.
