Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Overall controlling and management of corrugated cartoon packaging factory.
∎ 2. Design, implement, and facilitate all orders received from the head office and plan for corrugated cartoon packaging.
∎ 3. Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning.
∎ 4. Maintain close liaison with Garment Unit Production Team for receiving Buyer's order and scheduling production program.
∎ 5. Monitor and ensure on time delivery of cartoons to the garment unit in order to accomplished timely shipment.
∎ 6. Provide requisitions for procurement of papers to make the production program in consultation with garment production department.
∎ 7. Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy.
∎ 8. Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Demonstrated experience in corrugated cartoon process, policy and systems.
∎ 2. Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals.
∎ 3. Excellent leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning.
∎ 4. Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
∎ 5. Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English.
∎ 6. Familiar with MS-Office.
