Responsibilities & Context:

Job Role: We are looking for an Operation GM for our CNG and Oil Filling station who will be responsible for operating total five number of filling stations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operation works related to CNG & Oil filling station in an appropriate and effective way.

  • Coordinate with fuel suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of gas and diesel to maintain inventory levels.

  • Manage financial transactions and perform daily accounting tasks to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and cash handling.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers, including compliance with hazardous materials handling.

  • Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including the service bays, restrooms, and convenience store area, to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions that maintain positive customer relationships and promote repeat business.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales, including promotions, loyalty programs, and local advertising.

  • Maintaining effective working relationships with others.

  • Maintaining records and preparing reports as per requirements.

  • Supervising, training and evaluating performance of subordinates.

  • Any other relevant task assigned by the employer.
