Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile
∎ Engineering degree in Textile Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTex) will get preference.
∎ MBA from any other public or renowned private Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and manage the production of knitting, Yarn and Fabric dyeing and finishing of different types of fabrics according to client's requirement.
∎ Formulation and implementation of Production Planning.
∎ Ensure the coordination and cooperation to the sales and marketing team for smooth services.
∎ Effective Utilization of Plant & Machinery to maximize productivity and to ensure the production schedule.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable range of wastage in production.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of products and to guide the team members to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality.
∎ To Establish and execute the standard process of production to reduce costs.
∎ To make necessary arrangement of training for team members in order to increase the quality of production and for the betterment of production.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have work experience in a leadership position in a large Textile industry having a knitting, dyeing, finishing and yarn dyeing plant.
∎ Capability of using ERP solution.
∎ Must be a very good team player.
∎ Must have leadership capability
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills to motivate and run the production team.
Salary: Negotiable
