- Experience of top-level management in Japanese Company and other relevant fields with the ability to fulfill responsibilities in order to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s overall operation in Bangladesh.
- To give guidance to the production team for production according to demand.
- To meet unexpected conditions, making quick solutions & solving the bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
