The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, drive sales growth, and position Meghna’s noodle and biscuit brands as household names across the country. This position requires a leader who not only understands the dynamics of the food and beverage industry but can also translate market insights into actionable business strategies—bridging creative marketing with commercial objectives.
Job Description:
Strategic Brand Leadership: Lead the overall brand and marketing strategy for Meghna Noodles & Biscuit Factory Limited (MNBFL) by analyzing market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with corporate goals to strengthen MGI’s leadership in the FMCG sector.
Product Innovation & Portfolio Development: Drive end-to-end product innovation — from concept creation to market launch — using his/her proven expertise in introducing successful FMCG brands, to diversify MGI’s product portfolio and capture new market opportunities.
Business Planning & Profitability Management: Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans with clear revenue, margin, and growth targets, applying his/her financial and operational acumen to enhance profitability and long-term brand value.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and mentor multifunctional teams across sales, marketing, and production, fostering a high-performance culture focused on process efficiency, timely execution, and continuous improvement for business excellence.
Integrated Marketing Communication & Brand Visibility: Design and execute effective ATL/BTL and digital campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies, ensuring consistent brand communication that builds consumer trust, loyalty, and strong market presence for MGI’s brands.
